1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account, uploading a photo, or otherwise using AISkinScan ("the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. WHAT THE SERVICE IS AISkinScan is an AI-assisted skin research and screening tool, intended for personal, non-diagnostic, informational use only. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional dermatological care. Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms — please read it in full. 3. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must use the service on your behalf and takes full responsibility for that use. 4. YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: upload a photo of anyone without their consent; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI models or Scan API beyond your authorized subscription scope; or represent the app's output as a certified medical diagnosis to any third party. 6. PAYMENTS Report unlocks, clinic/company subscriptions, and Scan API subscriptions are processed via Razorpay/Cashfree and are subject to those providers' own terms. THIRD-PARTY DERMATOLOGISTS & COMPANIES Dermatologists and skincare brands listed on this platform are independent third parties, not employees or agents of AISkinScan. We do not independently verify every clinical claim made by a listed dermatologist or the safety/efficacy of any listed product, and are not responsible for the professional conduct of any dermatologist or the quality of any third-party product. 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISkinScan and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of health, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. 10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISkinScan and its owners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms. 11. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. 12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where AISkinScan is registered. 14.
